Enclave is a property rental company that had paid budget but wasn't generating enough qualified leads from it. Their campaigns weren't structured to reach renters at the right stage of their search, the targeting was too broad, and there wasn't enough tracking in place to know which campaigns were actually working versus which ones were burning money.
We took over their paid accounts end-to-end. That meant restructuring the campaign architecture, rewriting ad creative to speak to renters actively looking in their markets, and tightening targeting to cut spend on audiences that weren't converting.
We also added the tracking layer that was missing — so for the first time, they could see which campaigns, ad sets, and creatives were actually driving qualified leads, and which weren't. Lead volume went up significantly. We're still running it.
